I had some bad news at my WI today...I'm up 2 pounds. SO frustrating, but I've lost 1/2 inch on my thighs and arms. She also said that my fat % went down, so at least we know it's not 2 pounds of fat and most like just some water weight. boooooo!

Good evening IPeeps!

I cant believe this is the first time I am on the forum today! Usually it is my morning ritual!!

My sister is moving in this weekend so I went on a cleaning/organizing frenzy getting her room ready and then I just kept going on the laundry room, my craft room and the entire basement! Wish I had this much motivation every day! And after all that, I went in for a massage. What a great day!!

Like the crocuses breaking through the snow, I hope by Spring to break out of my 'fat cocoon' for good, and show the world a whole new me! The one that's been there all along, but hidden, for all these years! I feel so hopeful, and just know it's going to happen.....and it makes me happy
I am also aiming to be at goal by my Birthday in April.

Just finished an awesome dinner. Cooked salmon seasoned with a few drops of lemon essential oil and sea salt served over kale and red onion salad...salad dressed with fresh squeezed lemon, stevia drops, olive oil, and red pepper flakes! YUM!

Ok today was great!!!

Breakfast 2 muffins fresh from the oven **drool*
Lunch 2 c of steamed/sautéed veggies and I was full after those!!

Dinner 8oz of grilled chic. tenders, with home made salsa on a bed of lettuce
NOW packet #2 chocolate muffin with some coconut extract and 1 tsp WF chocolate sauce and snack after a while!

And lots of water and mock frappe

ETA: this muffin tastes just like an almond joy!

The recipe is in the Recipes #4 thread. I posted it there.
Youu can use numerous different packets
Lisa, when you use the Potato Puree in this recipe to make the potato rolls, do you also make these in a muffin tin, or is there a way to make them like a hamburger bun? And you add the zucchini to these as well?

I make them in a muffin tin but if you have something that would make it more like a bun, it would work. I like the texture better with zucchini.

Packet 2 should be with lunch & packet 3 for snack.
