Back At It Tomorrow!!!!

Well.... Tomorrow I restart following IP using alternatives again. I lost 30 lbs earlier this year and gained back 21lbs... But... Still less than I originally was! I knew by taking the summer off it was BAD but it was my choice and I really had a great summer. Now it is time to regain control and smarten up. Looking forward to it actually! Glad to see so many of you still on track. You ROCK!
