I'm leaving at about 5 a.m. tomorrow and haven't even packed yet! So, doubt I will have time in the morning to check in. I HOPE I get a chance to check in at least once a day while I'm away, but I may not, so my presence may be scarce for the next couple of weeks. Know that I'm still thinking of you guys and cheering you on!!
I have all the faith in the world that our August thread will escape the recent over-the-top drama going on elsewhere on the forum! Geez, it is 'crazy out there'  Please be kind to each other. We all need to do our part to not let the pettiness and name-calling infiltrate this thread. Let's just keep our nose to the grindstone and block out all the negativity.
To end on an exciting note (for me! ), I had an early weigh in today (usually have Friday weigh-ins) and I lost 2 lbs! I'm am thrilled with this, since my last 2 weeks have been kind of slow. Being gone also means I won't be weighing in for at least the next 2 weeks - so I'm going to try to do my darndest to have a great weigh in when I return!
PS - Deana - check in with us! We miss you and care about you!! Did I ever tell you I grew up in Ohio?? We'll have to compare notes sometime.

Weigh day today and Aunt Flo showed up a week early. My cycle is crazy outta whack since my mC in July. Upside the PMS hasn't been that bad.
Hoping to hit 30 lbs lost mark today which will be my halfway point. Fingers crossed!

Hello! Its Weigh-In Thursday
Today I am at 282.4 and down 20.75 inches. I'll edit as soon as I do some math brb lol
Ok so I have lost 2.8 lbs this week.
BTW, the "90%-100%" thing is a real snore. Have a great day everyone!

Well I didn't break up with my coach. I couldn't do it. He told me he was feeling "flat" today. Gah I'm such a people pleaser!

You don't really have to "break up"
It is a business.
You just don't have to go back, if that is what you choose to do.
If you are getting your needs met there, then, by all means, keep going! A clinic can be very motivating.

I talked it over w my sweetie and he thinks I get more from 3fc than I get from the clinic. He even offered to go to SAMs for me to get the EAS drinks. I'm just going to cancel next weeks appt. I know with the support here I'll be fine!

Hi fellow Augusters,
WI #8 today and down 1 pound. It's TOM and I also strained my back this week (there seems to be a lot of that going around), so I'm sure inflammation doesn't help with weight loss either! Still, grateful the scale continues to go in the right direction.

Good evening! I had WI #7 today and was down 3.8! Yippee! That put me over the 30 lb mark, which I was really hoping for but thought I might be reaching too far. Yippee!!!

Hi Slownsteady - safe travels and have fun; we'll be thinking of ya and sending a huge batch of  your way!
Also, what an eloquent entry and so completely on point. I've been a little remiss on 3FC lately but can imagine what you are referring to so, hoping it all stays positive here and agree, let's block the nay-sayers so we stay positive.
BTW - Congrats on your loss, that's fantastic!!!! Yippeee!!!

Hey everyone! Was able to get connected after all! May not be daily while on vacation, but at least I know I can check in. I feel like I planned well, and like I said, am staying with family, so the restaurant and hotel food temptations will not be there. My family are all very supportive and I have no one trying to talk me into "just one bite" or question what I'm eating. I hope to get some walking in while here too. Hope everyone is doing well!!
