Are the new cereal flakes and brownies restricted?

IdealProteinNewbie 09-17-2013 08:08 PM

Yes, both are restricted.

sarahBell 09-17-2013 08:33 PM

those would be a great treat!

I wish my center would get these. There is an ideal protein brownie recipe you can make .... honestly, I like the unrestricted chocolate cake recipe better. yummmmmmm :)

where can I get that at :D

Here's the recipe:

Take a chocolate drink pack and mix with enough water to make a slightly runny pudding consistency, add a teaspoon of olive oil (although I tend to use grape seed oil), tsp of baking powder, dash of vanilla extract, one egg white, sweetener if you want, although I don't use it. Put in microwave for 2-3 minutes....I find it works better in a bowl than cup as it gets quite bubbly. Some people will put a little WF maple syrup on it.

It is really, really yummy and unrestricted.

OMG that new IP brownie is divine! but it's 25 grams of carbs and a whopping 190 calories

I like mine with coconut oil and coconut extract - gives it a chocolate with coconut flavor - so good!

Jordanna - this sounds delicious! Not to mention, can I just tell you that you are brilliant??? I was checking out your blog, drooling over some of your recipes when I came across Rainbow's English muffin recipe where you used the silicone baking cup. Brilliant!!! I've been dying to try that recipe but didn't have the muffin rings...but I do have silicone baking cups! So, guess what I'm making tomorrow :D

I had the double chocolate brownie/cookie thing for my snack tonight. Meh. It was okay - one of the better "chocolate" flavoured IP things I've had but I'm not a big chocolate fan so it was a bit much for me. It was soft and chewy and a good size but I think I'll pass.

Tonight I made a cake using the cappuccino and SF brown sugar cinnamon syrup. It tasted like one of those coffee cakes...the ring ones with the hole in the middle. Super good :)

Ahhh so kind, thanks for visiting :)

I have mixed feelings about the brownie...I'm intrigued but feel like if I have lived without it, why tempt myself :)

Have the new brownie, but waiting for week-end road trip to try it.
