First Day

So far it's going well. I don't really feel hungry at all. I just have a question or inquiry or two.

Is it normal for me to be peeing this much? LOLOL. I swear, I've peed all day and so much.

Has anyone else had hot flashes starting off? They've gone away it was around breakfast that it started.

I feel like this is something that I could do long term. I live in an apartment building and so the first thing I smell when coming in is fried something, maybe chicken. But I'm still going to fix my baked chicken and spinach and keep it moving.

Lol
How do you think we lose all the water weight???
I get major Ketosis hot flashes/night sweats but it takes more than one day to get in Ketosis.

Those other smells will start smelling gross in very short time.

Welcome to your last diet!!!

Thanks! Whenever I've done a diet I would pee an excessive amount the first few days, but this is even more excessive than that. haha

Hope you're right because it was smelling extra yummy I had to hurry in the house.

Welcome!!!

I am in week 10 and I still pee constantly. I just make sure to not drink an hour before bed which results in only one pee break in the night, and I try to cut back an hour before I have to be at work. When I am home I drink lots because I can go to the restroom as needed, but when I am at work I spread my water out.

And I agree with Lisa, soon that fried smell will be gross to you.

Make sure to check back here often for motivation, answers to all your questions and more. This is a great group. I live in these forums! Everyone here keeps me going!

Welcome!

As far as being in/on the potty so much...it was an everyday-all-day thing for me......now that I'm not in P 1, I've eased up a little on how much I am drinking. But, I do know where every ladies room is in every supermarket...drugstore and craft store I frequent, as well as which entrance at the mall to park near.. ( restroom stop on the way in...and out):dizzy: You get used to it..so will your companions!

I used to know all the restrooms around when my son was potty training - now I know them because I need them :D

Welcome and good luck!

Hi! and Welcome!
I'm on day 4, and yes, I've been peeing like a racehorse since I started!
I've been super flushed the past few days, but I think its from being tired... I don't think I've slipped into the Ketosis yet... They say around the 3rd day is the worst, I didn't have too much problem, just a headache, and I was exhausted...
Best of luck to you! This is a GREAT place to get advice, and they truly are great!
See you around the boards!
