I was given the most recent copy of the IP veggie guide today and see that it is 4c of veggies per day not two!!! I am grateful I found this forum I really really am

I am an experimental cook and maybe I can create something fabulous to share with you guys that is IP friendly
I just need to control my sweet tooth, it will get the best of me! I have the WF dressings but want to get a few other things (chocolate, caramel, pbutter) just to have around to help kick the cravings that will come during our first few days to a week!!!

Is anyone here doing this without a coach? We are starting without a coach because dhs work schedule has him getting off work when our only center is closed and currently they do not offer Saturday hours until Oct I think. But I have enough IP packets/snacks to get us rolling for 3 months
I know I will have so many questions as things get rolling.
Edited to add: Dinner lastnight Grilled Salmon marinated in Dijon mustard with dill and basil, sea salt dred garlic grinder, lemon and a smidge of (like 1 1/2 tbs) honey just to take the bite off the mustard. Grilled asparagus, mushrooms and salad and water
