AMEN...many of us handled our journey this way...it is personal...but my weight or what I'm doing does not make a comfortable discussion for me...and after being politely evasive...if the person persists... I have been known to deadeye bore a non-blinking stare at someone and right out tell them..."GEE.....? Do you know you are making me uncomfortable...? I don't want to discuss this." I actually did not tell anyone that I was on IP besides my mom, my sister and my bestie... I usually say to people who comment ony my weight loss that I decided to eat healthier. If they ask me what I am doing to eat healthier, I reply that I simply cut sugar, bread, pasta and flour products from my daily food intake !!
