JLUS and Lisa - you are right that it is important to focus on what we can have and the fun new ways of cooking. I was just replying to the title of the post.
However I must add that today I made fresh angel yeast rolls and Butterfinger cookies for my husband and NOT ONCE did the spoon or a finger make its way into my mouth!!!! It does make it hard to taste to know if it is OK so I will just have to rely on my husband's response.
Now I just need to make sure that my can-do attitude carries on through weeks and months to come. I am planning my husband's 60th birthday party so I have a few challenges ahead as he does not like anything "healthy" - maybe he will give it a try when he sees how gorgeous am going to get on IP?
So I will just plan dishes that are NOT my favorite, have too much spice or garlic or onion (they have always upset my stomach). That way my temptation will be minimized. The WILL IS STRONG!
