I just made them last weekend for the first time! Definitely IP friendly and actually pretty low carb for this type item.
I added some egg white (I have a recipe someone listed. Will put it here later when on my computer.)
Made two rolls ...I thought they satisfied the breakfast bread desires. They weren't too sweet even tho I did add a little extra Splenda.. Texture was fine to me. Might consider topping w/a tiny dollop of WF Caramel syrup. (FYI - I saw the chips but really didn't taste them.)
I would get them again.
