I'm going out on a limb here... has anyone from New England been to the Big E? If so, what the *&%* can I eat there? From what I understand it is ALL fried food. I am going on Sunday with my family and would like to avoid bringing my own salad, but if I have to, of course I will.

Veggies that are not fried are tough to find, unless you have a salad. There are also a lot of places that serve steak so you could have that, which I thought about after I posted yesterday.

Hi all,
Southern NH but work in North Central Mass., that is how I found my clinic. Third week in and pretty happy with the program. A woman at work lost 50 pounds on the program as did a sales rep I know. They both have kept it off so I am determined to be successful on this program...tired of all the yo yo dieting. |

At the big e I ate quite a few things (I'm gluten free, so a lot of foods are out anyway) but the stand out was smoked salmon on a stick. It won the Big E "healthiest food award" last year.
