I wonder why WF makes almost everything SOOOO Sweet? Do they feel that anyone using 0/0/0 is also a "sweetoholic"? I have been tempted on many occasions to write to them and inquire.

I imagine it is at least in part because they are "hiding" tastes that would otherwise be unpleasant/unappealing because of how they have to make it to get 0/0/0. It's just unfortunate that even some things such as Chipotle Ranch or Alfredo sauce has to be so sweet. That is not what one is looking for in those items. I find the Italian Dressing, while a bit sweet, to not be as sweet as other things. I most often add Apple Cider Vinegar and/or hot sauce or mustard to the dressings to cut the sweetness

I add mustard and chopped jalepenos to a lot of them as well...also mix it with some of that Braggs vinegar instead of using vinegar and oil...

I guess I am one of the rare ones that haven't found their products too sweet. Lack of flavor, YES! But not too sweet...

Funny how people's tastes can be SO different! Someone once posted that they thought the IP Crispy Cereal was "waaaaay too sweet" and couldn't understand why IP would make something that was "sweeter than junk cereal for kids." Hmmm... Now in that product I taste very little sweetness!

Here is a link to one of the WF's dressings that is NOT appropriate for P1:

http://www.amazon.com/Walden-Farms-T...e+walden+farms

There are 4 flavors of sugar-free dressings.

All the other dressings, syrups, dips, etc. are fine for P1.

I'm confused. Since when is the WF Thousand Island NOT okay? Its what I have always used on my big mac in a bowl :(

The one that says "calorie-free" is the one to use
There is also one that just says "sugar free"
That one has fat so it is not 0/0/0

Stick with the calorie free one and you're all good!

I find if you spread the pb on the pancakes its not soo bad. Some have used it in their stirfrys...

If you have the chocolate spread I will happily take that off your hands! Yummy! Its almost like a nutella... I use it on the crepes/pancakes or on the oatmeal biscuits... a wonderful addition!

I just tried the WF blueberry syrup for the first time because the store was sold out of the regular pancake syrup. Not a fan, but at least I satisfied my pancake craving. Hope my coach has it in stock when I go on Weds I love the regular and will still use it in maintenance.

I buy my WF products online b/c the stories where I shop don't stock all of the ones I like. They tend to stock everything except Chipotle mayo & hickory smoked BBQ sauce. If I'm ordering those two, I might as well order them all!
I usually buy at netrition.com (flat rate 4.95 shipping), along with other alt products I'm ordering.
I've seen WF deals on Amazon.com
Luckyvitamin also has WF items and they have free shipping for orders over 49.

That is good to know if I want to purchase anything on line.. thanks.

I've seen those too and was just looking for a label online but couldn't find one.

Remember that calories aren't one of the zeros

0/0/0= sugar/carbs/fat

So sugar free with calories is fine.
Sugar free with fat or carbs isn't.

Lisa, I did not know that, I thought it was 0 calories, thanks for that comment.
