0 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs...you can have it.

The devil may be in the details however...such as the quantity you are consuming...there may be rounding to zero instances on the 1 tsp (that isn't much) serving size.

Would we access less protein from the eggs or access it less effectively?

My guess would be no- can't really get any biologically closer than real egg protein in my opinion? I am sure they are just claiming this biological protein stuff because they do need to make money on their packets at the end of the day, they are still running a business I suppose.

Here are the ingreidents for the Heinz Worchestershire sauce, it may be 0/0/0 but with Molasses being in it, we can't have it right? That's sugar pretty much?

Ingredients (16):
Vinegar Distilled, Molasses, Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soy Protein Hydrated, Corn Syrup, Caramel Color) , Dextrose, Salt, Caramel Color, Flavoring Natural, Fish Anchovies, Polysorbate 80, Soy Flour, Garlic Extract

Read ingredients carefully. Some IP foods have some sugars, as well. If it is 0/0/0, you can have it.

IP makes many claims...
Many question some of their claims...
I will always choose real food over processed, when I can.

Just to clarify 0/0/0 =
0 Carbs/ 0 Sugar/ 0 Fat (not calories)

Thank you Lisa and jmanovich, this is the way I was thinking as well. If their claim about their patented biological protein was completely accurate then there wouldn't be so many successes with those using alternative products.

Thanks Lisa! I have stayed away from them even if they had some sugar because I figured no additional (besides in the IP food) was a no no!
