I just did an inventory of P1 foods and I have 4+ weeks (maybe 5), between IP foods and alts. Hmm...wonder where I'll be in 4 weeks? I purposely put myself on the maintain plain for a bit to give my thryroid a break from P1.
I'm back on P1 until Halloween or goal, whichever comes first. If Halloween comes first, I'll maintain thru the holidays and re-start again in January. I have gone thru EVERY holiday on IP for a year. My thryroid has taken a beating so I need to be very gentle with it.
B: IP Cappuccino drink mix, 1 c. spinach, 1 oz. cool brew, .5 oz Torani SF
L: 4 oz. chicken, 1 c. peppers, .5 c. cherry tomatoes, .5 c. cucumbers, 1 tbsp. chimichurri
S: IP Strawberry wafers
D: 4 oz. tilapia, 1 c. cauli mash (might try to do some cauli mash "potato" pancakes, but having a hard time finding a recipe to convert. If anybody has one, let me know!)

B: Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal
L: Vanilla Premier Protein RTD with 2 shots of espresso and cinnamon, blended with a little ice. (Yummy). Would probably even taste good warmed up.

D: Making a roast with onions and cabbage. Tossed salad with romaine and WF French Dressing.
S: Probably Proti-Thin Chocolate Pudding or Liquid Grape Drink (concentrate) depends on my mood after dinner and how full I feel.
