BF: Vanilla Chai pudding (used a cold glass of chai tea instead of water when mixing pudding)
L: Tomato & Basil soup made into a pizza dough, 1/2 cup "worth" red pepper tomato sauce, with 1 1/2 cups spinach/mushrooms, sprinkle of go veggie mozza "cheese"
D: 8 oz pork, 1 cup total cabbage, yellow pepper, jalopeno, green onion, and onion sauteed, on top of a bed of lettuce with 1/2 cup "worth" each of mockamole and red pepper salsa

Replanning my day, since my Nashua order is coming in tomorrow instead of today as I had originally thought....
B - EAS shake (rich dark chocolate) with coffee and ice in a blender.
L - IP Fine Herb and Cheese Omelet with 1 cup mushrooms and 1 cup broccoli
D - Big Mac in a Bowl (yum!!) with cucumber and tomato allowance
S - EAS strawberry shake.
B - cappuccino w/coffee
L - Salad baby spinach, red cabbage, romaine, herb mix plus olive oil & lemon
S - Blue Cran-granata drink
D - Chicken breast and steamed broccoli
S - BBQ (zipper?) chips
plus had cucumber and celery to munch on drive home
