IP Thread Hunt
 

There are a couple of IP threads that I was searching for, but can't seem to find. Perhaps someone will have better lucking finding them and posting the URL for me to access?

The first thread was about traveling on the road without easy access to IP foods. There was great advice/examples about the types of foods/meals you can eat on the road without being completely derailed from the IP program.

The second thread was IP people listing their height, start weight, current weight, and goal weight...and I think any comments/advice about their journey so far. It was a very informative and enjoyable thread to read.

I've dug back through several pages of threads and haven't found any luck finding these 2 threads. Help?
