Instead of miracle noodles, why don't you save your lunch packet and eat the rotini with dinner? I do that all the time and it provides a nice break in my week.

I could definitely feel it in my legs today. I'm sure that's why my WI wasn't as good as usual, but I'm ok with that. It'll all even out. It felt so nice to be able to enjoy riding bikes without feeling like I'm dying!
I'm a bit worried I'm going to be in the same category tomorrow. A lot of running around and kayaking this last weekend (three days worth!) with only one extra packet all weekend and my weight was the same when I got home. Then this morning I biked the kid to preschool and was starving and finally decided to have an extra packet after feeling like I was going to pass out.

We'll see what the scale says tomorrow for my WI. I wouldn't have thought a little exercise would throw me off but I think it may have. Just hoping that if it is a low number this week I'll have a higher number next week.

It will be hard to say no to bicycling my daughter to preschool though, one of my favorite activities with her!! Reality is it was actually hard doing the one small hill today despite being an avid cyclist, it was first time riding since starting IP only three weeks ago!

I want to tone up and do more physical activities during the summer. It's a tough decision to make, because the plan is so simple. I'm sure you will do beautifully. This site has been incredible! It really helps when I feel a craving coming on.
Thank you so much for the reply and info; it really helps. Yes, this site and everyone on it is so nice, knowledgeable and supportive. I am so glad that I found it and everytime I get on they motativate me and I learn something new. Thanks, again for the reply.

The Miracle noodles are ok to have as long as you observe the serving size (one bag is usually 2 servings) and count it among your "extras" for the day.
Great, I will keep that in mind. Thank you.
