Boneless Buffalo Chicken
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks.
2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 cup Louisiana Supreme Chicken Wing Sauce
If you cannot find: mix together 1/4 cup Franks Hot Sauce, 1 tbsp. white vinegar, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Olive oil (I use in a Misto sprayer)

Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high, then when pre-heated spray with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add chicken breast chunks and brown on one side, approximately 4 minutes. Flip chicken and brown on other side. Cook until chicken is nearly cooked through, approximately 2 more minutes.

Add buffalo sauce to pan and stir to coat chicken. Cook for 2 additional minutes, stirring several times, allowing the sauce to begin to brown.
Great for a pot-luck but also amazing wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves and drizzled with WF Blue Cheese dressing for dinner!

For anyone who hasn't ventured there yet, I absolutely love the recipe threads! I've gone through threads 1 and 2 plus some of Rainbow and AmberJules' recipes. I've tried so any that are yummy (and not just to me with my IP-adjusted taste buds). Tonight, we had the sloppy joe stuffed bell peppers. Yum! I ate them as is and mixed rice into my fiancé's portion. He loved it, and now we have yet another tasty option for healthy dinners.

Had my first wi and a bit discouraged. Only down 3.8. I did not cheat, not even once and drank at least 80 oz of water. The first wi came at day 6 on program. What does this mean?

It means you lost almost 4 lbs in 6 days!!! Congrats!!!
"Only" is a four-letter word re: weight lost on this board. We celebrate lbs gone!

Not everyone loses the same amounts or at the same rates. We can't compare ourselves to others. We are all so different. We are different ages, we are at different points in monthly cycles, we have different stressors, we have different metabolisms. There is a gal who has lost TWICE as much weight as I have in a similar amt of time. I stay happy for her b/c her experience isn't mine. There are just too many variables.

Be happy the plan is working!

Default exercise on phase 1...especially in the beginning

I'm having trouble finding any info on this on the forum. I was very used to going to the gym before starting IP one week ago and was informed that I couldn't workout for the first two weeks. I went to the IP consult but decided I could do this on my own with alternatives so I dint have a coach to refer to. Any suggestions? How soon can I get back to the gym and how much can I do? I really enjoy strength training and since Im going to be losing some of this fat finally, i would love to be able to have some muscle underneath. Anybody find a thread onthis?

I did a forum search for threads with Exercise in the title, here's the results list for you. There have been numerous threads on the subject, so I'm sure you will find the info you are looking for

@scorbett1103 - What the heck!?! I searched exercise and got like two threads results and they weren't even for IP! I must be doing something wrong. Thank you so so much!
