Hi all. It is a day shy of my 90th day which means it is time for updated progress photos. I have lost a total of 45 pounds, going from 215.8 to my present weight of 170.6. Attached are comparisons between Day 1 and today, Day 89. I am happy with the weight loss, averaging steadily at 1/2 a pound a day (CRAZY!) and am looking forward to losing another 10-15 pounds before phasing off for a little bit.

Wuv2blovd, your story is so wonderful. I am in awe of your commitment. Thanks to everyone who posted! This is a great thread and it is so refreshing to go to this site every day and hear from people who put it out there to support/participate in this community.
Keep in mind that most "before" pictures I have aren't full body shots in all my 3x+ glory because I always made my wife crop the pics in a sad attempt to hide the embarrassment and shame I felt at my appearance.
