I so understand how you are feeling. I was just thinking of this last night and realized I need to find a way to deal with things differently, rather than "medicating" with food. I hope your cravings pass quickly and that the stress resolves just as quickly! Big Hug!

Question for people. I have some frozen chicken leg quarters. Think I can boil them frozen or should I let them defrost? I'm thinking I can boil them for a while, then use the water for stock and chicken for soup tonight.

I read if you take 1/4 tsp of salt and drink it in a tall glass of water your headache will be gone in 10-15 minutes. That's what the doctors office I go to gave me in a little leaflet at least.

ZombieDawn: I remember you asked about the dosage of the Cal-Mag pills...I just got a new bottle. It says 2 tablets, twice daily so still a total of 4 per day.

They'll just take longer to cook from frozen, but you can drop them in frozen or thawed. Or toss them in the crockpot and forget about them for an afternoon!
