All the hungries and headaches were worth it: down 5 lbs this week!!! What headaches? LOL

This is my largest "whoosh" since week 1. I am thrilled!

To all those struggling with cravings and hunger . . . think of it as a good sign, stay strong, and look forward to your weigh in.

Yippeeee!

Way to go: SylviesGirl! So awesome and inspiring...thank you!

Just completed day 50 OP - proud for that accomplishment alone as it has drawn great focus and determination out of me - characteristics I've not shown in a LONG time....EMPOWERING! Down 22 lbs and 15.25 inches!

Here's the thing -my coach brought up the BioCleanse at WI yesterday and the recommendation of using this after next WI.

Thoughts? Has any one tried it? Did it boost loss? Side affects? Pros/Cons? I'd appreciate anyone taking the time to offer insight and personal experience.

I understand about cold medicines and kicking you out of ketosis and found long list of things that you shouldn't take - my question is: is there anything that I CAN take or do I just need to tough this out?

I use a neti pot and cold/sinus capsules. I check sugar content online before I buy. Some people don't like neti pots, but I have a lot of sinus issues and find it very therapeutic. Most often sinus infections are caused by a virus rather than bacteria, so unfortunately it runs its course. Increasing your fluid intake doesn't hurt either as it helps flush your system in a time of sickness and decreases inflammation.

I hope you feel better, I started getting my sinus pain last night!!

Vet: Nice to see you again!

SylviesGirl: Glad that whoosh fairy theory held some water!
Now, if the swelling in my arm would just subside, maybe I'd get a whoosh, too (I've been off the scale so I have no.idea.)

Many of you know I fractured my arm a couple weeks ago.
It was feeling pretty good yesterday but after attempting to grate some cauliflower, it hurts again! I finished the grating in the food processor but the damage was done. I'm so frustrated!

This arm is interfering with my veggie chopping!

In addition it is swollen, which doesn't bode well for tomorrow's WI. Oh well, what will be will be. Water weight will come off eventually, too & in the meantime I know I'm burning fat.

So I am on Day 10 of my reboot, almost down 10lbs. Feeling like crap, although i don't think it has much to do with the diet. I was doing crossfit to tone up and worsened a back injury, bulging disc. So, I have put crossfit on the burner until my back is rehabilitated because I need it! (LPN and in school for my RN right now). So, right now I am on muscle relaxers and a lot of ibuprofen every day, which I don't like to take. My back is feeling a bit better, but I feel like I am 90-years-old. Hoping some weight loss will relieve a bit of the pressure and make me feel better.

Also feeling a sinus infection coming on so I am using the neti pot and trying to flush it out before it starts!!

I must be in ketosis now because I have lost my appetite. Struggling to get all of my veggies and packets in. I now remember that the same thing happened last time, I just wanted to eat meat. Gonna try to prep some veggies today in the middle of studying for my big exam on Thursday!!

Tomorrow is first WI. I have been working on food selection for the next week. I am lucky that the center lets me buy individual packets! Are there any soups that you find to be dreadful? I have decided that I like having the oatmeal every morning for convenience and it fills me up nicely. I figure each week I will branch out to try new items like the omlets. Thoughts?
