Your welcome! I am small and it is harder. My coaches encouraged me when I was upset over small losses. They said I was doing great for my size. ( I lost 18 pounds in 2 months. My boyfriend lost 18 pounds in 2 weeks!!!!). Think of the percentage lost and keep at it!!!

OMG. How ridiculous. Why are so many IP coaches full of fail?

I had lettuce... a grand total of one time over 9 months, losing over 100 lbs. It's there if you want to eat something. It certainly isn't necessary.
