This is probably a long shot, but I was wondering if there is something I can eat directly after my lunch that will curb my craving for something sweet. I just finished eating my chicken salad, but have a massive craving to eat a cupcake or chocolate!

I'm trying to stay strong. This is just my 4th day on the plan. Any ideas how to immediate get rid of this sweet food craving? I'm already drinking a lot of water and I'm not physically hungry...but it's that emotional feeling that's kicking in in full force right now.
For future reference, IS there anything that I can eat/drink that's sweet tasting yet has 0 carbs & 0 calories?
