It DOES NOT MIX WELL with many meds and some preparations have had to be removed from shelves by the FDA due to serious liver problems.
I'd suggest hanging in there for a while yet as you have really just started this diet... and think back to other diets you may have done - a regular pound a week is extremely good for most diets. Just think in a year you'd be 50 lbs lighter - try lifting two 25 lb sacks of dog food and you'll get the picture.
Or, here's a picture of 1 lb of fat - fits in a full large coffee mug - so already you've lost 4 large mugs of fat! I think you are doing AWESOME!
