All maeasurements are raw: meat and veggies. If you cook meat first, have 5-6 oz cooked b/c meat shrinks as it is cooked.

that was helpful on the meat! Maybe that is why things are slowing down for me. I have been using 8 ounces cooked meat all along.

And thank you for those links! I like to educate myself as much as possible and I appreciate the tools as I can only get online at work and only for just a few minutes, so I dont have time to browse 3FC or search for stuff.

You are all awesome for being so helpful and having so much info.
