Tickers and Signatures:
There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.
Searching:
If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.
1) Go to Google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your Google search.
For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in Google search. No need to include the quotation marks when you type.
2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Good Morning Everyone!
I had my weigh in Tuesday and according to her scale, I am up(+) one pound. I am not too discouraged, because I KNOW in my heart that I have been following the protocol and not cheated, not even once! I just feel like I am on a plateau...hopefully it will drop soon in large quantities lol. My coach seemed concerned, though. She suggested I eat my protein for lunch and do my packet for dinner. That is a non-negotiable for me though, because I cook for the family or eat out for dinner and I have only access to a microwave while I am at work for lunch.
The last week has been busy and I have been staying out late and drinking club sodas (those are calorie-free right?) with lime. She said it was better to have my third packet when I get home (10 p.m.) rather than not have it. I am wondering if those late night snacks are limiting my weight loss. What do you all think?

dana135- I think you should just stick to what you've been (assuming you are eating all 3 IP foods, 4 cups veggies, oil & protein.)
It's too soon to say it's a stall or something is wrong. That gain could be water or maybe issues with the big C. Not sure if that is a problem for you. Sometimes it's just our bodies adjusting after losing so much in such a short amount of time.
