I'm down 50lbs since starting IP. I'm so excited that I had to share. I don't post a whole lot, but I read and get so much great info here. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this site. It's a wonderful source of support :)

So happy for you! congratulations! It is posts like yours that are inspiring! I totally agree with you about this website. It has helped me stay on target even when I've questioned myself about being on such a restrictive diet. I don't post much but I am on here every day looking for tips and inspiration! congrats and keep up the great work!
