How do we change the program is we do weight training?
I trying to put everything together to star IP, my question is about exercise, how do we do when we do some exercise, do we drink a extra shake or we do the same as the program say.
I do weights and run but I am thinking on put my running in rest while I drop this 20 pounds, but I will like to keep my lifting. Thank you for you help. |
make sure to drink an extra shake or add a protein within 30 minutes post workout. Make sure to keep workouts to roughly 45 minutes, and not too strenuous. Make sure to listen to your body. There is a thread that addresses this. You may want to check it out. Tons of helpful info
