Water Drinking Motivation

  • Most of us have a hard time drinking all of our water, so I thought I would add something that helps me with the motivation to drink more water.

    When I first started doing this diet, I did a lot of internet research, and one thing I read (which I think is also in the FAQ section) was that it works because when you are in ketosis, you are literally peeing out your calories!

    No water = No pee = Calories waiting to come out!

    So Drink Drink Drink!!!

  • Oh... and I forgot to mention... the calories you burn doing the dance, and running to the bathroom!
  • LOL...thanks spunky! I do really notice a difference if I have not hydrated myself properly the day before. My hands puff up and I just feel off! Thanks for the fun and gentle reminder. I bought myself a jug that holds 8 glasses of water....I make sure I empty that in a day and then some!
