I hit my goal!!! I hit my goal!!! Very happy and excited that today was the magical day. Had originally set my goal at 140 then settled for 135. I feel great!
On to phase 3 I go!!
Thank you for all the support everyone has given me. This board is the best!
I'm down 15 LBS today, at my 3 week mark. I'm finding it gets easier each day, minus still cooking for my boyfriend who, when I met him thought fast food all day everyday was how to eat. I do seem to have an issue eating 8 oz of meat, I never really feel too well after dinner, but it's working so I'll keep pushing!
WI today lost 4 lbs. It was my 7th week for a total of 23! My coach said I could start walking three or four times a week now. Any thoughts on adding exercise at this point?
Good for you, Joco! As far as the exercise goes, my opinion is do it but don't overdo it. From reading the boards and what my coach has told me you can feel free to do activity that isn't strenuous or doesn't make you break out in a sweat or cause elevation in your heart rate. If you do a tougher workout you'll need to supplement those lost calories with an extra unrestricted packet. Lol, I think I've got that right!
I know from my own personal experience that overdoing it and not replacing calories properly may have been the cause of a very temporary stall.
As most of you know, I'm fairly new at this. I am wondering if I used an egg with my veggies (I want to try my hand at cauliflower tortillas), how many oz do I subtract from the amount of meat I should eat that evening?
Nervous about WI tomorrow. I've been struggling with staying OP. I feel like I'm sabotaging myself once a week so that I don't have to go to phase 2! Maybe it's a fear of maintenance. I can't wait to see what really happens tomorrow. Maybe the exercise has kept me in the game!

I am new at this and all I can say, I admire your numbers on the left side to these words.
There are 90+ lb dividing me from where you are now! Please congratulate yourself, and say thank you to yourself. Even with a tough week you are still doing it! If you had it up until now, then you still have it very much in you!
