Me too!!! Mine was plush velour brown with straps that you could tie around your neck if you wanted!! I loved it!!

Had an awesome weekend!!! Spring has FINALLY sprung in Sask!! Snow is melting and yard work is upon us! I did a TON of outside work today, cleaned the garage, put away winter clothes, boots, etc and brought out the sandals!! Raked flower beds, cleaned the dog run. Yeah!! I had an extra snack today, I burned a ton of energy and felt a slump about 4:00. The quest bar picked me right up and we have salmon roasting for supper! DH BD was today, we went and bought him a new bike!! So my 6 am bike rides I will have company!! So exciting! Love you guys, you keep on inspiring me!!

Sounds like a perfect day.

We spent most of the day outside also. Had DD's softball game at noon and then DH and I went to pick up a new ornamental tree at the nursery. We had a pine tree die last spring and with the draught last summer we didn't have the opportunity to replace it until now. We also worked on getting the landscaping ready for the mulch which we will have dumped on the driveway on Friday.

Dinner is done, kitchen is cleaned and I'm wiped out!

Spring is here too! Spent most of the day outside puttering in the yard interrupted by sitting in the sun reading my book. It was beautiful all weekend for a change, so we had a great time.

Contrary to many of my friends here, I had a nonproductive weekend, on purpose.

This virus is still bugging me so I got extra rest and just hung out at home. We went out Friday night with friends and I got some errands done Sat am. Other than that, it was a rest weekend. I think I'm feeling better, tho, so it was worth it.

I don't need illness bringing me down. It was time for it to go! It rained most of the weekend here so it was easier to snuggle in.

Spent the weekend set up at an airshow. Unfortunately the chap stick I thought had sun screen in it, didn't. My lower lip is so swollen this morning I'm wondering if I'll be able to eat today. May be an "all shake all day" kind of Monday.

Sorry to hear you're still not feeling well Lisa - miserable to be sick but nice to be able to take a weekend to stay home and rest.

And ouch on the lower lip - that sounds painful!

Sunburnt lips are the worst!

I'm soooo behind on this thread. I will make an attempt to catch up. While I catch up, I'll be drinking some tasty hot tea because I finally found one of those loose leaf tea lobster claw style tea balls! I have been looking for one forever and finally found it at Pier 1 of all places. Yay for loose leaf tea!

Lisa hopefully that extra rest this weekend will help you get over that bug in time to enjoy next weekend.

M35A2- ouch!

I realized today I have 3 more weeks/WI's until I start phase 2. I'm planning on doing 1 week of phase 2 starting Monday, May 27th, followed by 2 weeks of phase 3. We leave Saturday June 15th for vacation so I will start maintenance on my vacation. I'm really looking forward to it. We are going to Mt Hood and I plan on doing a lot of hiking while we are there. DD is attending a ski race camp there for the week, and we will not see her at all until it's time to go home again. DH, DS and I have all kinds of fun activities planned.

Quick question (and it may be a dumb one) if anyone knows - I miscounted when picking up my food last week so today I ended up with 3 non-restricted and no restricted foods. I don't this this is an issue but I have been 100% on plan and want to make sure I don't screw anything up.

I have my WI tomorrow and I actually did my menu for the next 8 days and printed off a list of what I needed so I don't get caught short again, plus I like having a set plan so I know exactly what I'm eating each day.

Are you worried about not getting your 1 restricted per day?

It's not an issue and shouldn't affect anything - but you might find that you are a little hungrier without the restricted items. If that happens, have extra lettuce, a 2-egg white omelet, or a hard boiled egg to tide you over.
