I found this online at lowcarbgrocery.com. Has anyone every tried it? I know we shouldn't have pop but if it's Stevia, are we ok? Not for everyday but an occasional treat??
I know that Crush diet pop is sweetened with sucralose rather than aspartame and when I asked about it before, they said no pop because it is acidic. You can get nestea zero that is sweetened with sucralose though.
I have used the Zevia soda in the past and its not really 'approved' because of the type of carbonation/acidic but it satisfied a cola craving now and then and personally I would rather have Stevia than sucralose. Guess its a judgement call. Its quite expensive but my food co-op puts its on buy one/get one free occasionally.
I thought I would give it a try and use it very occasionally for a pretend coctail....a virgin rum and coke! I'm sure if I use one can every week or 10 days, it should be ok. I will double check with my coach however.

They did a product review of this on the video I got this morning from my IP coach. Haven't watched the video yet but the email that came with it ends with "Just keep in mind that this is something that should be enjoyed occasionally and in modest quantity (6 - 8 oz)."
I'd take that to mean it's okay, just not something to drink all the time in place of water.
I use it once or twice a week or so. Just to mix it up a little. I love to make a dirty diet coke with it! You mix torani sugar free coconut syrup, and a lime wedge with it. Delicious!!
The advice at the end of the video in the comments section spoke cautiously about Pellegrino, Perrier, and I imagine this would include the German and Polish mineral waters, too.
Yet I understood these were fine. I have been drinking them with some added lemon juice and stevia. Very refreshing drink to have when my friends are drinking wine.
Does anyone know anything about whether or not they are freebies on IP?

I've been drinking Gerolsteiner pH 5.9. Perrier is 5.5, San Pellegrino 7.7. I would expect mineral waters to be alkaline but I guess each one is different. I have 4-5 12 oz. servings per week, doesn't seem to do any harm to my weight loss.

I have been drinking them, too. The Gerolsteiner is my favourite. There is apparently a Polish version, too however have not seen it where I live.
Very nice and refreshing. I have been drinking quite a bit more than you -- a big bottle a day! And like you, it doesn't seem to do any harm to my weight loss. It has also gotten me through some tough spots at social gatherings.
Their mineral content seems to be a plus factor, too.
i do a mix of sparkling ice and san pellegrino mineral water for my need for something fizzy.
You could maybe consider san pellegrino (o/o/o) and some stevia flavour/sweet drops (o/o/o)? they even have a cola flavored drop...it would be a zero carb drink that might get your need for bubbles taken care of with no carbs/cheats!?
the drops can be found on amazon.com...i think you're in canada....if you can't find them i'd even been willing to buy them and ship them too you...
