I was about to experiment and blend my Strawberry Pudding packet with spinach, water and ice when I spotted the extra two cups of cooked rhubarb so I made this instead.
1 Strawberry Pudding Packet
2 cups cooked rhubarb (microwaved, added Stevia packet and squeeze of lemon)
5 oz water plus couple splashes extra
Ice
Mix all together in blender. I added some extra water and am not sure how much ice I added but I have a big cup of very tasty smoothie! I was going to add WF chocolate syrup but it didn't need it.
P.S. Does anyone have any recipes using the peach mango drink? its been sitting in my fridge for a while and i have a terrible feeling i wont be able to choke it down alone!
I bought two peach mango drinks my first week. I choked down the first one - didn't like the thickness of it. The second one I blended in my bullet with ice and some fresh mint - it was much better, but I won't be buying it again.

I've for a bit of a way to go, but today I was a very good 100% OP girl on the following menu:
B: lemon poppyseed bar and coffee with splash of milk
L: IP rotini with spinach
D: chicken, broccoli, lettuce w/ evoo vinaigrette
S: "milkshake" from IP vanilla pudding blended with ice and DaVinci SF French Vanilla syrup
Can say very proudly that my only "transgressions" have been some flavored seltzer and SF gum. Both are coach approved if I don't go nuts
P1, Day 4
B: Vanilla UHT w/ coffee (hot... mmm... lattee)
L: Mushroom IP packet w/ pureed mushroom saute
S: Some type of vanilla coated bar... the name wore off (R)
D: Chicken & steak fajitas in lettuce wraps w/ mockamole. Yummm... wow. What can I say? So very good and not like diet food at all.

Thank you Beanie Mommy!!! xxxooo to you and your are doing it! Best diet ever !
I thought I posted this already today but don't see it. Maybe I'm losing my mind
IP - P1
B - two eggs (instead of a packet)
L - Chicken soup with crab, spinach, mushrooms and old bay seasoning
D - pork chops with peppers, onions and vinegar cherry peppers, garlic, EVOO
S - Strawberry Wafer - these were my favorites but I seem to be losing my
taste for them - too sweet
Hi this is my first post, first day on P1 using Alternatives. I made it thru the day!
B: EAS Advantage Chocolate Fudge
S: One Hard boiled egg
L: Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Coffee w 1oz Skim milk and Stevia in the Raw
S: 2c Butter Lettuce, 1 1/2c Spinach, 1/2c Mushrooms, 1oz Sardines packed in water, WF Caesar dressing (Yuck!)
D: 5.5oz Sirloin Round Tips, 1/2c mushrooms, 1/2c Mashed Cauliflower roasted with olive oil and garlic, 1c sautéed baby kale.
S: EAS Advantage Strawberry Shake blended with basil and mint
I don't have all the supplements figured out exactly, but I didn't want to put off the diet any longer. I took a multi-vitamin and Potassium Citrate 99mg, will figure out the Cal-Mag this week. Drank 80oz water and peed all day.
Things I learned today. 1. This diet requires lots of math...lol. 2. 1c of baby kale turns into almost nothing, so eating it raw may be more satisfying. 3. Need to make my own salad dressing.
Welcome Scarlettx! You're right - baby kale and spinach cook way down. I use them cooked when I'm not terribly hungry but still need to get veggies in.

Today was easier. I'm not really certain about the protein bar, found it at Walmart and it looks ok to me, restricted. 200 calories, fat 8g, total carbs 18g, dietary fiber <1g, sugar alcohols 9g, Protein 15g. So I was figuring 9 net carbs. If anyone thinks this is not okay, please let me know. It was pretty yummy.
You all are so imaginative. I grab my packets and run to work. I did mix the Chocolate pudding and cappucino drink with ice . It was yummy. I"m still trying to find my way arounnd this site. I love reading this everyday, you certainly help me stay on track.

Most of us subtract fiber from total carbs but not sugar alcohols.
Some folks subtract half of the sugar alcohols
I don't subtract any of them
Sugar alcohols do have an affect on insulin. Fiber does not.
