B 1/2 quest cinnamon roll bar. Coffee w/ vanilla RTD

L 3 egg omelet w veggies (sparse...MAYBE a cup)

S other half of the bar
S ip peach-Mango drink

D salad w/ 4 oz chicken breast & whatever veggies they have (I'll really smile if I can find a place with spinach salads!)

S: celery & cuke snacks. IP lemon pudding/zucchini muffins

D: 2 Egg spinach, garlic fritatta

S: Milk chocolate shake with sugar free Torani coconut syrup blended with ice

D: chicken, mushrooms, 2c veggies, green salad

S: dark chocolate smoothie

Breakfast: quest brownie bar

Lunch: mashed cauliflower, hard boiled egg, roasted tomatoes

Dinner: Brazilian chicken and beef, salad with collard greens, tomato, pepper, onion, sauteed mushrooms

Dessert: protein hot chocolate


I Need another packet but not sure if I'll get it in before bed. Maybe another hot chocolate.

L - Orange drink made with green tea instead of water (iced), 1 cup raw broccoli

S - Strawberry Banana drink

D 2 Boca patties (sliced), 1 cup raw spinach, pickle spear, and mustard wrapped up in lettuce leaves.
