    s: more chocolate covered cherry syntrax (I'm not a fan of the chocolate truffle by itself but making a chocolate covered cherry gives it a whole new taste sensation!)
  • B: IP soup (I weigh in tomorrow and have gone thru all my ip drinks)

    L: IP soup mixed with 2 cups veges

    D: NY strip with salad and 2 cups of veges

    S: dark chocolate pudding

    Still trying to get that slider that I'm seeing on all these posts so if this doesn't work forgive me.

    I don't recall the exact number but you have to have something like 20 posts before being able to get the signature line. So, keep posting !

    I noticed you add spinich to your shakes. Is it raw spinich? Just thrown in the blender? Can you taste it? Your lunch looks interesting, how do you prepare the breadsticks and cauliflower hummis...

    Coffee with 1/3 Cup of Pure Protein drink

    Lunch: Protidiet Cheese and Broccoli soup with 2 cups of mixed veggies

    Snack: Vanilla Pudding 1/2 for mid and other half after dinner


    Dinner: Steal head Salmon and 2 cups veggies / pudding

    lots of water and non sweeten tea.


    listened to you gals about my cucumbers and now am counting, also took the yoke out of the eggs, only having the yoke every once in a while. Rock on people!!

    Raw spinach.Blend it right in. I can't taste it.

    I added cumin to the recipe to make it taste more like hummus

    Lunch: Broccoli soup as a crispy crackers. Tin of tuna in water, pickles, cucumber, roasted pepper, WF thousand island mixed together as a topping for my crackers.

    Dinner: Spinach, chocolate smoothie. Sliced deli turkey meat.
