L: WHole foods salad bar salad- my favorite! ( 3 oz meat- a dab of salmon and dab of turkey or whatever looks good.), 2 C vegs
s: 1 C Cut up peppers & cukes, IP pudding
D: fish, 1 C asparagus, lettuce
S: WLS choc cake

Snack: spinach smoothie, choc pudding ....
Lunch: Baked ham, broccoli and cauliflower
Snack: Quest strawberry bar
Dinner: Chocolate or caramel pudding smoothie.

L: HealthSmart Mushroom Soup w/ mushrooms, cauliflower, EVOO & Sea Salt.

D: 4oz chicken grilled chicken patties x2. Grilled Aspragus.

S: Chocolate Pudding w/ WF Caramel & Sea Salt sprinkles.

L - IP Chicken Soup; steamed broccoli/cauliflower

D - Salad; Leftover Pork Roast stir-fried with veggies and cauliflower rice

S - IP Vanilla drink made into "cake" batter baked over a little rhubarb

Hard boiled egg
1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
w1/2 Cup blackberries

L Quest bar choc peanut butter
2 cups raw veggies

D grilled chili lime chicken breast
Zucchini and cauliflower

S Protidiet vanilla shake w/ 1 tbsp WF caramel dip
And 1/2 tsp cinnamon, lots of ice, YUMMY!!!
I will have this again!!! Like tomorrow,

B: Coffee with 1T Vanilla drink, crispy cereal pancake with WF syrup.

S: 1/2 peanut crisp bar

L: 4oz ground turkey, 2c roasted rutabaga

S: 1/2 south west curls

D: 4oz extra lean grilled burger, 2c veggie salad with homemade raspberry vinaigrette (using olive oil, white vinegar, spices and sugar free Torani raspberry syrup)

S: Vanilla drink blended with sugar free English Toffee syrup and lots of ice - what a treat!

Drink half at home and half about 10-10:30 am
1 c decaf coffee w 2 oz vanilla protein shake

L asparagus mockamole & chili simply chips (so good yesterday, decided for a do-over!). Also brought some romaine leaves for the excess mockamole.

D steak & caulimash. Salad.

S: cocomint cream

I bring two, 1-liter bottles of water to work with me. One of them has apple cider vinegar in it. Seems to help with my stomach acid (that, and the IP enzymes).

B- IP Dark Choc Pudding mix, 4 oz coffee, Torani SF Coconut, fill up the rest of blender bottle with water and ice. My new FAVE!

L- ProtiDiet Maple Oatmeal, Salad, Egg and WF Bacon Ranch

D- Shrimp, Zucchini, Broccolini (sauteed in coconut oil and garlic)

S- Quest Apple Pie Bar ( if only I could eat these all day..... I would be one happy woman!)
