B my Mon-Fri standby: IP milk choc pudding/spinach/decaf smoothie Drink half at home and half about 10-10:30 am 1 c decaf coffee w 2 oz vanilla protein shake L asparagus mockamole & chili simply chips (so good yesterday, decided for a do-over!). Also brought some romaine leaves for the excess mockamole. D steak & caulimash. Salad. S: cocomint cream I bring two, 1-liter bottles of water to work with me. One of them has apple cider vinegar in it. Seems to help with my stomach acid (that, and the IP enzymes). |
Marslick - how do you make crispy cereal pizza? Is the crust made with crispy cereal. Would love the recipe!
