    B: Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar
    L: Crustless quiche with 2 cups zucchini, spinach & mushroom
    D: Chocolate RTD with 2 cups spinach
    S: Chocolate Soy Puffs
  • Meal plan for another day...

    B: Cinnamon Roll Quest bar
    L: 2 cups lettuce & 2 cups zucchini, cucumber & onion with blackened shrimp
    D: Zesty beg Chili with 1 cup cooked mushrooms, zucchini & peppers
    S: RTD chocolate shake with 1 cup spinach

    I have zucchini coming out my ears...its going in everything!

    S: bbq soy nuts
    L: Zucchini and cucumbers w/lettuce
    D: Sirloin steak w/mushrooms and cauliflower
    S: Blu-pom drink
  • I am just starting so I am having:
    B- Delicious herb and cheese omelet with fresh asparagus and chives as well as salt and spices with coffee and a Splenda
    L- I am trying the tomato basil soup today with broccoli and cauliflower
    S- I think I will try the white cheddar crisps or the pudding depending on if I want sweet or crunchy lol
    D- this is easy as it it how I always eat- big salad with either chicken or shrimp and WF Ranch dressing.

    Water all day!

    Am I doing this right?

    Are you in phase 1 or on phase 1 alternative, if you are just doing the regular phase 1 then no veggies in the morning. (At least according to my sheet and my coach, lol) good luck

    Balanced Life: It looks like you're doing great - are you getting your 2 tsp of oil in? Trish - I asked my coach and she said adding veggies in the am was fine. Amazing how much different information we get, isn't it?
