    Phase 1

    Breakfast: Chocolate wafer - coffee with Advantage for flavor 1 oz .

    Lunch: Proti Soup and cauliflower and lettuce.

    Snack?

    Dinner: Turkey burger, veggies salt , pepper, lettuce, evoo.

    and lots of water! and sun tea!!! yea... summer time
  • B: Wonderslim cappuccino/hot cocoa blend
    L: Lamber Jules veggie soup & a mock frappuccino with Wonderslim Mocha Pudding packet and instant coffee
    D: Steak with asparagus and fennel
    S: Quest cookie dough bar - baked

    Breakfast: Vanilla Drink mixed in my coffee with cinnamon/vanilla extract

    Lunch: Chicken soup with veggies (i was over cooking this the first week and it had yucky stringy bits in it..it was so yucky but whats a girl to do, i ate it anyhow to enure the correct amounts of stuff in my body)

    Dinner: chicken breast with BBq veggies/salad (actually oven roasted Asparagus and mushrooms, turned out pretty amazing)

    Snack: either choco pudding or some kind of fake chip pack...

    L: chicken flavoured soup with pureed cauliflower
    D: Steak with some kind of puree
    S: Dill Zippers... (I spread my snack out and ate some in the am and the rest around 2pm... then a really handsome guy delivered my office supplies I ordered last week... I was all smiles of course... shortly after he left I went to the washroom and smiled and there was one those little green dillies stuck right smack on my front tooth!!!! Yup... I will crawl under my desk the next time I see him, for shame. So keep in mind when eating dill zippers, the little green pieces stick to your teeth!)

    D. Slow cooker roast beef, sautéed mushrooms and green peppers

    B - cappuccino
    L - pb bar; 2 c veg
    Sn - chocolate drink
    D - 8 oz fish; 2 c veg
    Sn - double chocolate cake

    B: EAS Dark Rich Chocolate w/1 cup cold coffee and ice in the blender.
    L: Broccoli Cheese soup with added 2 cups chopped broccoli
    D: Left over beef roast, 2 cups yellow squash.
    S: EAS Chocolate Fudge

    Lunch: Coffee! with EAS and in the blender, nice little ice coffee drink!
    Salad and Proti soup

    Snack?


    Dinner: Chicken stir fry with caul, red peppers, mush. evoo, salt & Pepper!

    water and tea today.. not as hot as Monday!~

    I hope you enjoy it! I love it. I have had it all three mornings since beginning IP on Monday. I had actually started making these a while back as a "low cal" version of the McDonalds Mocha Frappe (sans whipped cream on top).
    If stores near you sell the "rich dark chocolate" EAS shakes, I find they work better than the chocolate fudge flavor for this particular shake. It keeps me from having to add WF chocolate syrup for increased chocolate flavor. Now that I am officially OP, I am trying not to use too many extras because I know they add up. I enjoy Splenda in my coffee and would like to limit my extras to that as much as possible.

  • Phase 1 and my second day..

    B- IP Crispy cereal and coffee
    L- Romaine and Iceberg salad with WF dressing, Zuchinni and IP Mushroom soup
    D- Steak and cauliflower
    S- Haven't decided yet.. I will have to see what I'm in the mood for but I'm sure it will be an IP bar or something crunchy

    B - vanilla drink with peppermint extract
    L - cappuccino; salad with 2 cups of veg
    Sn - fudge Graham bar
    D - 8 oz steak, 2 cups veg
