    Dinner: Salmon, lettuce, red pepper, cauliflower rice, cummin and salt and pepper.

    D - 4oz chkn on salad w/2 c veg

    L: lettuce/green and red peppers/vinegar and IP cookie
    D: 1 can tuna/1 egg lettuce/mushrooms/onions/olive oil/soy sauce
    S: 1 wildberry yogurt drink blended with ice

    B 2/3 c homemade greek yogurt
    1/2 c blueberries
    muffin made with an egg, coconut flour and flax seed
    1/2 T peanut butter
    1 egg
    (Still working up to "full" carb level for P3 breakfast. When I tried it the first day it put me to sleep. Need to work up to it)

    L Cauilrice & mexican chicken

    D spinach stuffed pork chops (boneless pork tenderloin cut into chops)
    salad
    asparagus

    S IP milk chocolate/decaf/spinach smoothie

    D: Unsure yet. Likely zucchini and spinach sauteed together with chicken pottage.

    Lunch: IP Ice tea Drink salad with cukes and mush and red pepper. Evoo, salt and pepper. Water!!

    Dinner: Hambergur , pickle, saute cauliflower and red pepper, curry seasoning salt pepper, evoo for dressing. water!!

    B:egg beaters scrambled eggs, 1 oz skim milk, bacon bits
    S: 2cups steamed broccoli
    L: big mac bowl with 4oz deer hamburger meat
    S: proti diet pancake, Walden farms syrupS: 2 cups cabbage, 4oz deer meat
    S: EAS advantedge shake with 1 cup coffee
    S: powerade zero homemade jello (0/0/0)
    S: proti diet bbq soy snacks

    it seems like alot of food but it's technically only one extra packet. I'm working a 16 hour shift tonight so my day is quite a bit longer than normal

    L: lettuce, zucchini noodles, 4 oz chicken, green peppers, vinegar
    D: lettuce, 2 cups mushrooms/onions, 2 tsp oil, soy sauce, 4 oz chicken
    S: milk chocolate pudding (yuck thank god last one!) probably blend it with ice

    You might want to check and see if the pancake and the soy snacks are both restricted.
  • I missed yesterday! How'd that happen? Oh yeah, life got in the way. But for the record it was:

    Dinner: Steak and mushrooms & cauliflower saute' and evoo salt and pepper

    Got the RTE chocolate pudding but haven't tried it yet. Going to be traveling later this month and I thought they would be handy to take with me.
