    L - Blueberry cran-granata drink, lettuce with homemade vinaigrette, 2 cups cucumbers
    D - Steak...on the barbecue if it warms up and doesn't rain.... with sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and a lettuce salad
    Snack... probably dill pickle zippers

    L - 4oz tuna with salad and 2 c veg (1/2 oil)
    Sn - Choc Fudge Cake
    D - 4oz chkn breast with 2 c roasted veg (1/2 oil)
    Sn - hot chocolate
  • Good afternoon! I, too, am going to try to get into a routine.

    B - Pina Colada drink!
    L - 6oz ground beef taco salad. Iceberg and romaine, diced 'maters, green onions and salsa.
    Sn - Vanilla pudding with cinnamon and all spice
    D - Cottage IP and some veggies, not sure which yet.

    B-8:30-IP omelet with a handful mushrooms, bell pepper, asparagus, 4 cups water, 1 cup black coffee
    At 10:00 I'm starving. Felt weak and dizzy so I ate IP Apple Cinnamon Soy Puffs with an IP vanilla premade drink poured over it. This is the farthest I have veered from the plan so far.
    1:00 Lunch- after running errands, I made 2 cups roasted okra with 2 tsp olive oil. IP vanilla pudding 2 cups water
    The entire afternoon has been miserable. I am over one protein packet. This is the first time I have let myself do that. I have taken all supplements as directed, I drink water all day. I use the sea salt at each meal. I'm having a cup of green tea now. About to have 8 oz grilled fish and roasted cauliflower and salad for dinner. Hope tomorrow is easier. I am so happy with the weight loss. Just not sure how long I can feel so bad.
    Try eating half your protein 4 oz at lunh. It helps sooooo much

    snack: Quest bar chocolate peanut
    Dinner: Coffee, spinach, chocolate smoothie.

    Looks like you're having more than 4 cups of veggies today. Remember, spinach is a 'select' veggie.
