Zyrtec and Ideal Protein

I went to the allergist today for some testing because my skin has been itching. He tested me for soy, wheat & other things (not sucralose though), & all of my results came back negative...not allergic to wheat or soy! :). However he recommended that I take 1 - 2 Zyrtec a day for one month. I was just wondering if anyone has taken Zyrtec, And if so, has it affected your losses?

I take the generic equivalent because I have HORRIBLE hay fever. It has not affected my diet at all.

I take it daily all year round. No issues! It actually helps me with my food allergies (Allergic to most raw veggies without it)

I take one a day on regular days and 2x a day on the REALLY bad days.
