Not a great WI today. Only down 1lb. I am having issues again with the Big C so I'm blaming a bit of the bad week on that. I definitely exerted myself during the ball tournament and I noticed I was up the next day on the naked scale by over 2lbs. Not to mention I've been stiffer than a board the last two days. Oh well, I need a good week this week and break that damn 50 barrier!!

Just confuse the multvitamin with Floralax, that will get things moving, ask me how I know. :o

Hey BigS...Exercise causes the muscles to retain WATER. I predict in a few days you are going to feel cold, and almost nothing you can do will warm you up, then the next day you will have a big loss.

weighed in this morning at .2 lbs up.. not sure why, all I did was help the wife clean house yesterday, it was a little demotivating

should I move my snack to mid afternoon and only keep my dinner at 630-7 and then nothing after that?
currently i do breakfast when i get to work at 8am, lunch at 12, dinner 630-7 and snack at 8-830, go to bed usually around 930, sleep by 10ish up again the next morning at 530-6

A lot of coaches recommend the snack 30 minutes before you go to bed. That way you shouldn't wake up starving in the morning.

As far as the minor bump up in weight, it could be a variety of things, the big C, some minor inflammation (if you did any heavy lifting while cleaning), or other things that will self correct at the next WI. Did you lose any inches this week? If so, that's a loss.

Ya, Thx Don. The naked WI have been all over the place too. I got some Floralax at my last WI and started taking it today to try and get "regular" again.

I am using a scale called 'Weight Gurus' my weights are consistent. In that I can step on the scale 3 times and it will give the same weight. It also has a scan feature that turns the scale into a bar code. So with my Motorola Phone I snap a picture and it it stores weight, Body Fat and Muscle. I love it and recommend it. My wife and I will have 3 scales at the garage sale this year. The only thing wrong with them is I could not get step on the scale and get the same weight. DRIVE ME NUTS!

I like my Withings scale. It's pretty consistent, within .2 of my "control" scale, and automatically stores over wifi, etc. The BF% was also remarkably close to the DEXA scan I had done (37 vs 40%).

Thanks for the info, the reason I asked is my coach actually advised me to move the snack to before lunch or after lunch, I wasn't sure if that meant that I bump a meal down to snack time or have dinner as my last meal. She said although I would wake up hungry the calories wouldn't be turning into fat overnight

Also what is the big C?

Had a little fun over the weekend. Bought new jeans in a 33" waist! 10 weeks ago I was in 40!!! Bought a couple of new suits in a 42 slim fit. I didn't wear these sizes in high school!

Results have been so good now the wife and sis in law are starting the diet!
