Hi does anyone have a list of what atkins products are allowed when doing Ideal Protein. Thank you

Have you searched the alternative threads?

Watch for fat content as well as net carbs, sugars and ingredients.

Just about all of the Atkins products are way too high in fat to be used for IP - you need to make sure the fat content is below 30% total calories from fat (multiply the calories from fat by 3, if it's below the total calories it meets the guidelines).
