So the pilates is definitely paying off. :yay:

Today I woke up and it was the first time in years I noticed that my pooch (endearingly termed my "kangaroo pouch") is no longer there.

My tummy is actually flattening out, no more folds. :carrot: So happy to start getting my body back!
