Cheesecake Pudding

Can someone please tell me the name of the cheesecake pudding that I saw someone ranting about. I don't remember the name to search for it.

Thank you

It's under the Weight Loss Systems brand. I think it's available under another brand as well. You can get it from Nashua. (And it's yummy!! One of my faves!!)

Oh yes. If you read through the Alternative products threads, there are many brands that carry products we can use, including WLS. You just have to match up the nutritional content (because not ALL products are necessarily IP safe within a brand).

-Less than 200 calories
-less than 30% calories from fat (multiply the fat calories by 3, if it's less than total calories it works)
-8g or less net carbs is an unrestricted item
9g-16g net carbs is a restricted item
17g net carbs is a super restricted (twice per week only) item
above 17g net carbs is too high for Phase 1
-at least 12-15g protein per serving

LOL

It's still a protein powder product, so it's not going to be just like cheesecake.

But it's close enough that it scratched that itch, it gets firmer than the puddings and has that texture to it.

OMG! I have been soooooo craving cheesecake for the past month. I am going to have to find that pudding!

I notice that I miss textures in food more than I actually miss flavors. Interesting huh?

Your recipes always look amazing, Rainbow!! I'm cooking challenged myself, so about as sophisticated I get with mine is adding a little WF chocolate or caramel sauce on top. ;)

aliboo723 03-15-2013 06:10 PM

Yum!!!!

IdealProteinNewbie 03-15-2013 06:13 PM

The WLS Cheesecake pudding is amazing!!!

KarinF 03-15-2013 07:04 PM

Thank you everyone, off to nashuanutrition.com for my cheesecake :-)

Does anyone know of a discount code for them right now?

SFNinerGirl 03-16-2013 12:10 AM

Oh **** yes. I just found my next baking excursion. :carrot:

runnergrl7 03-16-2013 01:43 AM

I accidentally ordered the Healthsmart brand. Not nearly as good as get WLS. Won't make that mistake again:(

WorldTraveleronIP 03-16-2013 07:11 AM

The cheesecake bites look delish...but the cheesecake is also amazing plain. Just pour the powder in the bowl, mix in the cold water with a small whisk, cover and let chill in the fridge.

You can also pour a bit of WF chocolate or carmel syrup on top.

It's one of my favorites :)
