I prefer the plain over the herb. I make a souffle with it and put heated WF strawberry spread over top. (I put the reciepe in the fun with packets section)

Does anyone know if you can cook the omelette ahead of time? I want to bring it to work. thanks

I like them both is small doses. I just use egg whites now. I use the healthy diet, (green and yellow box) I forget the exact name better. BUT it is a different texture.

BTW: I never make them plain, always add something and I especially love hot sauce.

You mix the omelette pack with a vanilla pack (drink, pudding or ready made), add enough water to your desired thickness, add stevia if you want more sweetness and add rum extract and spices to your liking (nutmeg, gingerbread spice, cinnamon, etc). It makes two servings of eggnog.

thanks!

Thanks for all the feedback and cooking ideas! I'm excited to try them out. I'm definitely going to order the plain omelette pack and mix its use between breakfast and lunch.

Sooo good, enjoy!

ETA: It's also amazing with some shredded zucchini added!

Having veggies for my evening meal (big meat lunch) and I'm going to make the "French toast" for my evening IP snack. And yes, I have some zucchini! :D

UPDATE: YUM!
