Alternative Protocol Help - not related to alternative products

  • Hi! Ive been doing IP solo and i think i need to do the alternative plan. I work out 6 days a week and my weight loss has been super stalled.

    Is anyone else on the alternative protocol?
    In terms of the three food groups, do i just pick one from each for the day and eat it with my meals? For example would my meals look like this:

    B: IP + 1 item from group 1
    L: IP + 1 item from group 2
    Snack: IP
    D: IP + 1 item from group 1

    Or could i do something like this --

    B: IP + 1 item from group 2
    L: IP + 1 item from group 2
    Snack: IP
    D: IP + 1 item from group 2

    Or am i just completely off?
