Woke up this morning to find out there is a recall on Proti Diet.

Anyone using Proti Diet Alternatives, and Have this product in your kitchen, you might want to get rid of it.

I know I'm going to throw about 4 bars in the garbage. :(

I have never had Proti-Diet, but those actually look like chocolate bars in the picture. They look so good. Can someone describe them? Not that I will buy any right now though...

Some people really like them but I just took one bite out of the first one in the one box I bought months ago and gave the rest away. They taste very waxy to me.

yah.. i don't like them either. lol

Before you throw yours out, compare the code on yours with the code on the suspected ones, CR 18 13B. The code is stamped in each bar's wrapper. Only those would be the ones in question, not all of them. I have some bars, not that code as I just checked, I've already eaten about half of them and no problems. I have had Salmonella poisoning before, so I would know if these bars had it.

np. mine are good too. but I don't really like them. lol
