Pancake syrup is so good, I will never use anything else. I also really like the ketsup and will never "go back" to regular.

I like the balsamic vinegarette and Italian the best of the dressings.

The caramel syrup is great in the chocolate drink, heated up.

The tomato sauce works for me as well. The BBQ sauce is OK.

I take the opposite view on trying the products. Try everything you can afford to try. It is worth it in the end if you can find stuff you enjoy. Maybe you can band together with some others to try the products and split the cost. I think the clinics should stock samples, if it keeps one person OP, it would be worth it!

I agree with what others have said - try what you're interested in and don't throw them out (unless they're expired!). Your tastes will likely change.

I found that http://www26.netrition.com/ has the lowest price for Walden Farms products - I think around $4.

I too dropped a bunch of money and ended up only liking:
1. Pancake syrup-I too will keep this even on maintenance
2. caramel syrup-super thick and great in coffee, chocolate drink, oatmeal muffins
3. marshmallow dip-use it only to thicken puddings and drinks and it makes them smooth and way better tasting

I tolerate:
BBQ sauce
Sesame Ginger salad dressing
ketchup

the others (dressings, jams, peanut spreads) are headed to the trash as soon as I can bring myself to do it.

I watch the ads around here, we have a store that will run a 2 for $5 special and I buy most the ones I want to try then!

I love almost all the BBQ Sauce (with a bit of hot sauce in them)

I like the BBQ sauces too and pretty much all the dressings, especially Honey Dijon but that Ketchup, I find, inedible!

Calisto, I was just thinking about that same sale! That's when I picked up most of mine. Can't beat $2.50 each.

I want to try this Big Mac in a Bowl recipe, but is that allowed on Phase 1? I found the ingredients on Amazon. Also, if it really is 0 calories, 0 fat, and 0 carbs, then can I put as much of it that I want in the ground beef?

tried quite a few WF products. Totally hate them Have yet to have one I like. I am using up everything I have by adding them in packets. Do tolerate the chocolate or caramel in a shake I make with the dark chocolate pudding. Only way I can get through what I bought.

Having been raised on pure maple syrup, I cannot tolerate the pancake syrup either although my husband finds it tastes alot like the McDo syrup.

I have been using the creamy bacon dressing and it isn't too bad. The peanut butter on the other hand.... Not so good!

I have:

Pancake syrup
thusand island dressing
bacon ranch dressing
caramel dip
honey bbq sauce
honey mayo

they have all been great for me. no complaints at all. I guess it depends on the person.

I have only tried the pancake syrup so far - it is good!

I am afraid of buying the big bottles! I tried the pancake syrup because so many people said it was good.

I plan to order single-serving sizes to try first - Thousand Island is one that they offer, also Ranch, Italian, honey dijon, creamy bacon, chocolate syrup and pancake syrup.... minimus.biz has them sold individually. They seem a little pricey (almost $1 per package) but if you find one you like, then buy a big bottle, or they are a little less expensive (~$0.83 each) in boxes of 6 single servings at waldenfarms.com

ETA: I just checked out netrition. WOW they have so many Walden Farms products. They have the boxes of single servings for only $3.99 each (~$0.67 each)
