My coach came back with some new guidelines from the super confab in New Orleans last week. New protocol is that they got rid of "you can have anything that's 0-0-0." Now if it's not on the sheet you're not supposed to have it. The thing that she specifically pointed out to me was Cascade Ice. I usually don't drink a bottle but do put a couple of ozs in some of my drinks to make them a little better. She also said sweetners are now a "no-no" like Stevia and Splenda as one packet (serving) supposedly has .9 calories in them. Just enough to stay under the FDA guidelines. Walden Farm products are still ok (makes you wonder if they don't have a stake in the company).
I will be ignoring those changes unless/until I stop losing. I don't et enough 0/0/0 things to make a difference, and I can't deal with one more restriction.

Holy cow, you guys. These Girl Scout cookies are killing me! I'm a troop leader and cookie mom to a 35 girl troop.
7,400 boxes of cookies have passed through my hands and I have not eaten one! But I dream of them....
Oh my!! I don't think I could have resisted that temptation. I love tagalongs!!! No one in my family was allowed to buy Girl Scout cookies this year. Lol!
Okay, I've decided to go full alternatives with some IP mixed in. I'm so nervous about it, but it will be the best decision for me financially. I feel strong enough to continue down this path and reach my goal.
Just finished my week of phase 2. Down 0.5 pound this week, for a total of 64.5 pounds total. Have to phase off before goal because of the extreme hair loss, but trying to be very positive about it. Actually, I'm getting excited. Tomorrow is my first day of phase 3, so looking forward to breakfast and to starting my exercise regimen. My ideal goal is still 35 pounds away, so we'll see how this goes for awhile. If I'm not making any progress, I'll go back to phase 1 for a couple more months to reach my goal after the hair loss is under control and new hair is coming in. I guess I better enjoy the journey! When I started I wanted to lose 100 pounds!!!! So, needless to say, 35 doesn't sound bad at all

So excited, just saying!
As for the Quest bars, I have the chocolate brownie one. I consider it a restricted because I warm it in the microwave add WF carmel sauce and WF marshmellow cream. Totally awesome treat in the evening! If I think of it as a restricted I am not tempted to have it every day as well.
I was surprised to find the HealthSmart cereal called for milk (not at all like the IP Crispy Cereal.) I do like the Cinnamon cereal for a crunchy snack with my afternoon tea, though!
I just ate it dry today. It was pretty good, and nice to snack on slowly.

I bought 6 boxes of GS cookies for the family. They are in the pantry now. I keep all my packets and bars in a separate cabinet, so I don't have to look in the pantry that often.
