THAT was some heavy training!
I'll remind my supervisor I'm not up for any new training anytime soon

Page 2! Went out to do a shopping trip and my fridge went from empty to overflowing with veg. Going to be a yummy week.

I decided to tackle more extreme cleaning in my basement today. So far 1 garbage bag, 1 bag of craft stuff for my friend's daughter and 2 boxes of donations for the thrift store. Taking a quick break with some stewed rhubarb but my tummy is really growling so I may need my restricted snack. If I do too many more stairs today then I may need a four packet too. I did my arm weight workout before I realized how much I would be cleaning.

Hi!
Just wanted to add a quick note to the horse back riding back injury.
I have a back injury from a horse riding incident as well. I have found that this works for me. I lie on the floor with my butt against the wall and my legs up the wall pointed to the ceiling. I take a small towel and roll it up and put it under the small of my back. I usually do this for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Sometimes I listen to soothing music on my headset or read. For me it helps to take the strain off my back and also quickly lets me know when my hips are out of whack (time to see the Chiro).
Just something you may want to try.

Thanks for all the comments on the hair everyone! I decided to make it easier on myself since it was starting to fall out.

REPOST FROM DAILY:

WOOHOO! My scale is FINALLY moving again. Down 2 pounds! I've been stuck on the same weight/measurements for the last 3 weeks! It's going to be a good week!

One more day until washer/dryer delivery, I can't wait!

Kitkat Congrats!! And what a great reward! I have an UP band and I love being able to track everything, way to keep yourself accountable

Sahmmommy2 LOVE the new cut! Looks very full and sassy!

Cheeky I have found that swimming (although not easily accessible in the winter!) usually helps with any back pain, too many skiing accidents that I'd like to admit to Also, my chiro told me ginger root helps, never tried it though, hope you're feeling better soon!

I had my first weekend away on IP. It was great! I went to my in-laws and the rest of the family visited also. I was expecting the usual ordering in pizza so I was well prepared with some of my own chili and salad. Very successful 100% OP weekend!! The compliments were a nice bonus too

Saskbushbunny I will try that for sure! I will try anything at this point. I'm fine (or close to fine) while I'm up but I can't keep getting up at 4am. I see my chiro again tomorrow and may have accupuncture done at the same time.

Mquinn106 I'd love to go swimming and actually did find it helped a lot but sadly my pool is under about a foot of snow right now. Do you think a jacuzzi/hot tub would help? I've been pushing my DH that we really NEED one lol....

woohooo about your scale moving Sahmmommy2!!!

So excited for you!

I had a friend at work pop by to say congrats because she saw me post to Facebook that I reached goal. She asked if I did anything exciting on the weekend to celebrate like eating a big piece of cake. What?!?! I said I didn't work this hard for over a year to blow it now by eating cake. I'll phase off properly and when the time comes I'll eat yogurt, blueberries and sweet potatoes but following the proper guidelines. This person is overweight too and has been on a diet for as long as I have been. I think she is on the fourth one trying to find one that works. She goes really strict for weeks then has a night of drinking or cake tasting for her upcoming wedding and totally derails herself every time. I've tried to point out the pattern but she isn't ready to commit. Oh well, that's why I love hanging here with the 100% crowd. Yes we struggle but we also get to goal!
